We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join a reputable construction company in Riyadh immediately. This role requires a proactive professional with solid connections in the supplier network and a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting experience. The position offers a transferable iqama along with accommodation provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing and hiring suitable candidates for various construction roles. The recruiter must maintain strong communication with suppliers and candidates while ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly within the company’s standards. The working hours are 10 hours per day, and the candidate should be capable of handling recruitment tasks efficiently in either English or Arabic.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid transferable iqama is mandatory
• 2 to 5 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong network and connections with suppliers
• Basic proficiency in English or Arabic
• Age between 21 and 32 years
• Professional and presentable appearance
