Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a minimum of five years’ experience in human resources management. This role involves developing and executing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs. The HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to support business goals.
• Develop strategic HR plans that address current and future organizational needs.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs efficiently.
• Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and staff to foster positive communication.
• Lead the performance evaluation process and provide support to enhance employee development.
• Manage conflict resolution among employees to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Forecast staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and human resource best practices within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Capability to develop strategic HR initiatives and manage change effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on employee relations and conflict management.
• Must be a Saudi national.
