Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join a reputable organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of Saudi labor regulations and government platforms, ensuring full compliance and effective HR operations within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Saudi government labor systems including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and HRSD/MHRSD to streamline HR processes.
• Ensure the company’s full compliance with Saudi Labor Law concerning employee contracts, leave management, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
• Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements closely, maintaining and improving the company’s Saudization quotas.
• Oversee HR functions with bilingual fluency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Saudi labor platforms and labor legislation.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, including contracts, leave policies, and EOSB.
• Proven ability to work with Saudization quota systems and related governmental compliance.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, in written and spoken forms.
• Preference given to Saudi nationals or candidates holding a transferable Iqama for easier legal processing.
