Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Officer with a strong background in construction safety to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess NEBOSH certification along with expertise in scaffolding inspection, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies specific to construction projects. This includes conducting regular scaffolding inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with site management and workers, the officer will ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect staff and project integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience focused on HSE within construction environments.
• Valid NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent internationally recognized health and safety qualification.
• Proven experience in scaffolding inspection with a valid SASSO-approved or internationally recognized scaffolding inspector certification.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
• Possession of a Muqeem and Ajeer for legal employment status in Saudi Arabia.
