Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Officer for onshore projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the oil and gas, construction, or industrial sectors who hold the necessary Saudi Aramco Safaniyah Plant project approvals. The role focuses on maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Aramco regulations to ensure safe working conditions on site.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating compliance with industry standards. Daily duties include monitoring job sites for hazards, implementing safety training, reporting incidents, and collaborating with project teams to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Valid Saudi Aramco Approval for Safaniyah Plant Project
• IOSH Membership or IIRSM certification
• NEBOSH Qualification certificate
• Medical Fitness certificate
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification
• IOSH or OSHA Training certification
• Vaccination certificate
• Additional training certificates aligned with Aramco standards (if applicable)

Requirements

Candidates must have a current passport, Iqama, or valid KSA visa and be able to provide a recent photo in JPEG format. Only applicants holding all the listed certifications and approvals will be considered. Prior experience working with Saudi Aramco standards is essential for success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive day rate of 140 USD. This reflects the specialized nature of the role and the high standards required when working on Saudi Aramco projects. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
