Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Traffic Safety and Control Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a rewarding two-year contract with a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will oversee traffic management and ensure safety compliance across construction sites, with a focus on effective coordination and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMP) to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow around work zones.
• Coordinate traffic control activities during road construction projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum safety.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Saudi Arabian traffic laws and safety standards on site.
• Lead and supervise the traffic control team, fostering clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Identify potential hazards and proactively implement corrective measures to reduce risk on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in traffic management or road construction environments.
• Strong expertise in preparing and executing Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and work zone traffic control.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi traffic regulations and recognized safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with strong communication and team management skills.
