We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to guide safety officers and site teams while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing workplace safety by:

• Overseeing day-to-day health, safety, and environmental operations across multiple sites.
• Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective safety programs and procedures.
• Leading safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Providing guidance and training to safety officers and site personnel to cultivate safe working practices.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and promote a safe work environment.

Required Skills
