Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Safety Officer approved by SABIC to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. This position requires close attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with SABIC guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Ensure that all safety documentation and reports are accurately maintained and submitted promptly.
• Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid SABIC safety certification or approval.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards, particularly within industrial or construction environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver safety instructions and training.
• Proven ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Experience working in fast-paced and demanding work environments.
