*Job Description:*

We are seeking a qualified and experienced *Safety Officer* approved by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to join our team in Madina. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and implementing safety policies at project sites.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Ensure full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) safety standards and regulations.

* Monitor site activities to identify and eliminate potential hazards.

* Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

* Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

* Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.

* Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports.

* Maintain safety documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

* Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on safety matters.

* Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times.

*Requirements:*

* Must have valid *Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Safety Officer approval*.

* Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Saudi Arabia.

* Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

* NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.

* Good communication and reporting skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage site safety independently.

*Preferred:*

* Experience in electrical or utility projects.

* Valid Saudi driving license.
