Job Overview

We are seeking ten qualified Safety Officers to join a prominent infrastructure project based in Riyadh. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management to contribute to large-scale construction initiatives. Candidates must possess valid Ajeer and Iqama documents to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officers will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of on-site operations. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, performing regular safety inspections, reporting incidents promptly, and enforcing adherence to HSE regulations. Additionally, the officers will be required to develop and implement effective safety plans and procedures tailored to the project’s needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience working as a Safety Officer on large infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current HSE laws, policies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed safety documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid safety certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.

Additional Information

The position requires availability to join according to the project’s timeline. Payment will be processed every 25 days upon submission of timesheets. This role demands commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment throughout the project duration.
