Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer to join a major Aramco project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in oil and gas or construction safety management to contribute to a high-profile project adhering to rigorous safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site. This includes conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with Aramco’s safety regulations. The role also involves delivering safety training sessions such as toolbox talks, investigating incidents thoroughly, and preparing detailed safety reports to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer within oil and gas or construction industries.
• Preferred Aramco approval or experience working with Aramco projects.
• Valid certifications in safety, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
• In-depth understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with Aramco standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate and clear safety reports.
