Job Overview

True East Mining Company, part of the Sifa Plus group, is seeking experienced Filipino professionals currently residing in Saudi Arabia to join our Safety and Coordination team. We have openings for HSE / Safety Officers and Site Coordinators (Safety & Operations) to support mining and project operations across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on project sites. Responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols, coordinating safety and operational activities in remote locations, preparing reports, managing permits, and maintaining daily logs. The roles require active collaboration with project teams to sustain safe and efficient working environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Currently hold a valid, transferable iqama in Saudi Arabia through Qiwa.
• Possession of a recognized safety certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH is mandatory for the HSE / Safety Officer position.
• Experience in industries such as mining, drilling, construction, or oil & gas is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred to facilitate travel to remote sites.
• Flexibility to travel and work at isolated project locations across the Kingdom.

Location and Start Date

The roles are based in Riyadh, with duties spanning various project sites throughout Saudi Arabia. Immediate availability to join the team is required.
