Job Overview

We are actively looking for a seasoned Safety Head / HSE Manager to oversee and lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities within our organization based in Riyadh. This role demands a proactive leader committed to enforcing safety policies, ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations, and cultivating a robust safety culture across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HSE policies and procedures. You will ensure adherence to both local Saudi safety standards and international best practices, manage ongoing risk assessments, and perform regular safety audits.

Additionally, the role involves leading incident investigations with follow-up corrective actions, supervising and training safety team members, coordinating emergency response plans and drills, and consistently monitoring and reporting on safety performance at various sites.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory NEBOSH IGC or Diploma certification.
• OSHA certification is required.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• NVQ level 6 or 7 qualification.
• Between 7 to 10 years of extensive HSE experience within the Gulf region.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills.
• Prior exposure to construction or industrial projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi national candidates are preferred.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama.
• Relevant experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
