Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore projects, including dredging, installation, diving, subsea, and hook-up operations. This role requires transfer of Iqama and previous approval for safety officer duties with Aramco.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations on offshore sites, conducting risk assessments, coordinating safety training, and maintaining up-to-date safety documentation. The role also involves fostering a safety culture across the project teams to mitigate hazards and promote safe working environments.

Required Skills and Certifications

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Professional membership such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH, NCSO, or MIIRSM.
• Valid offshore certificates including BOSIET and H2S.
• Current First Aid and Basic Life Support (FA/BLS) training.
• Experience in offshore dredging, installation, diving, subsea, and hook-up projects.
• Previous approval as a Safety Officer for Aramco projects.
