Job Overview

Astra Construction is looking to hire three skilled HSE Officers to manage safety protocols and ensure compliance on a significant airport project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have extensive experience working on projects within the Kingdom and a strong practical knowledge of local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental aspects on site. This includes enforcing safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with civil defense authorities. Maintaining a safe working environment through effective risk assessments and incident prevention is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of international health and safety standards alongside Saudi Arabia’s civil defense regulations
• Proven experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly within the KSA
• Strong communication and organizational skills to enforce compliance and coordinate with project teams
• Ability to respond quickly to safety concerns and emergencies on site

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess a transferable Iqama. Immediate or very short notice availability is required to join this ongoing project. Qualified expatriates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
