Astra Construction is actively seeking three skilled HSE Officers for a prominent airport project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands professionals with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, specifically within large-scale projects in the Kingdom. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of local civil defense regulations and international safety standards to ensure the highest levels of compliance and risk management on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols tailored to the airport project.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and propose corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with KSA civil defense regulations and international safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate documentation of all HSE activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an HSE Officer on major projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards along with in-depth familiarity of KSA civil defense regulations.
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to enforce safety protocols and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama is mandatory.
