Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental operations on the Jafurah Project in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role requires ensuring strict adherence to project-specific and regulatory HSE requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSE policies, plans, and procedures tailored to the project needs. They will also lead HSE teams in conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain compliance with both Saudi Aramco and local standards. A critical part of the role involves investigating incidents thoroughly and driving corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Promoting safety awareness and embedding strong safety values throughout the project site will also be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), IOSH, or an equivalent credential
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably within the oil and gas sector or major infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco safety requirements is highly desirable
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team management skills
