Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Safety Officer to join our construction project team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting best practices throughout the construction site in Qiddiyah.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and enforcing company and legal health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes carrying out daily site inspections, delivering effective toolbox talks, investigating incidents thoroughly, and maintaining up-to-date safety documentation. The role also involves ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian labor and safety laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Certification in NEBOSH IGC or OSHA 30
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in construction site safety
• Proficient in conducting site safety inspections, preparing HSE reports, leading safety training, and incident investigation
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi or Tamil is considered an advantage
