Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) aspects of housing and villa construction projects in Riyadh. This role is essential for promoting a proactive safety culture, guaranteeing compliance with local and international safety standards, and managing the HSSE performance of multiple contractors and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead HSSE initiatives on-site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed consistently. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with contractors, preparing detailed safety reports, and driving continuous improvements in site safety performance. Managing teams and fostering open communication between all stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment will be critical.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health, Safety & Environment, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA, or similar qualifications.
- At least 10 to 15 years of managerial experience in HSSE roles within construction, infrastructure, or oil and gas sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as security management principles.
- Proven leadership skills managing HSSE teams and contractors across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
Additional Requirements
- Immediate availability for employment.
- Presence in Riyadh is mandatory for face-to-face interview arrangements.
- Candidate must be willing to work under rental/freelance arrangement without Iqama transfer.
- Preference will be given to Indian and Filipino nationals.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 12,000 to SAR 14,000. This package includes food allowance, housing accommodations, and transportation benefits to ensure a comfortable working experience.
