Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for a specialized Micro Tunneling and Thrust Boring project located in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role requires a safety professional who is well-versed in managing health, safety, and environmental standards specific to underground construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing HSE policies on-site to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements. This includes risk assessments, monitoring safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and ensuring all activities align with health and safety standards tailored to micro tunneling and thrust boring operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety
• NVQ Level 6 certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience working on micro tunneling and thrust boring projects
• Prior approval or experience working with Diriyah clients and projects is highly desirable
