Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Female Travel Consultant to join our expanding team based in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. The preferred candidate is fluent in English and preferably Pakistani.

Key Responsibilities

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting walk-in clients, and providing expert advice on flights, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and visa services. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to convert inquiries into bookings and consistently meet sales targets will be critical to success in this position.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel consultation
• Assist walk-in customers with booking and travel planning
• Upsell flights, tour packages, accommodation, and other travel-related services
• Follow up on leads to nurture client relationships and secure bookings
• Maintain high standards of professional communication and customer care

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging between SAR 2,500 and SAR 3,000. In addition, employees can benefit from performance-based incentives and commissions, encouraging growth and career advancement within the company.
