Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor / Reception Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles for service and repair. Your professionalism and technical understanding will ensure a smooth process from vehicle intake to service completion, enhancing customer satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include receiving and inspecting vehicles, performing initial diagnostics to identify service needs, and creating job cards to document required work. You will coordinate with the workshop team to monitor the progress of repairs and services, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly. Upon completion, you will finalize job cards and manage warranty claims along with all necessary related documentation. Maintaining clear communication with customers and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction will be essential to your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle inspection and basic diagnostics
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing job cards and documentation
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and workshop teams
