We are currently expanding our team and seeking dedicated professionals to fill three key roles: Western Pastry Sous Chef, Restaurant Supervisor, and Cashier. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for candidates from the Filipino, Indian, and Nepalese communities to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments in Al Hassa and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Western Pastry Sous Chef

This role is perfect for a skilled pastry chef with a strong background in bakery and dessert preparation, ready to take on supervisory responsibilities. The position is located in Al Hassa and designed for Indian or Nepalese nationals with proven expertise in high-volume production settings such as Central Kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry and bakery production with a focus on quality and consistency
• Manage the preparation of café-style desserts including tiramisu, red velvet cake, raspberry cake, and other specialty items
• Supervise and train junior bakery staff
• Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with food safety standards

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional pastry and bakery experience
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of breads, viennoiserie, laminated doughs, cakes, and desserts
• Experience working in high-volume production environments preferred

Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Al Hassa. Candidates from Filipino, Indian, or Nepalese backgrounds with prior supervisory experience will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and address guest concerns promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow
• Manage scheduling and staff performance

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant supervision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Cashier Position

This role is based in Riyadh and offers an excellent opportunity for customer-oriented candidates from Filipino, Indian, or Nepalese backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
• Maintain cash register and balance cash drawer
• Assist with basic computer tasks related to cashier duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer usage
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
