We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Manager to oversee medium to highly complex projects within our customer services division. This role involves managing client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, handling project delivery, and ensuring quality data-driven insights are delivered on time. Based in Riyadh, you will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for several core activities such as:

  • Coordinating daily client services, including research design, project management, and the preparation of deliverables.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues during contract periods.
  • Collaborating closely with Industry Sales to renew contracts and identify upselling opportunities, such as expanding project categories, increasing data frequency, or adding value-added dashboards.
  • Advising clients on project scope and optimal data utilization to maximize the benefit of the insights provided.
  • Ensuring data quality through rigorous troubleshooting and escalating issues as required.
  • Transforming client briefs into actionable analyses and delivering insightful presentations addressing market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Supporting sales efforts by providing expert opinions during proposal development and participating in pitches when needed.
  • Leading and managing project teams as applicable to ensure smooth execution.

Product and Service Management

You will also manage new product projects from conception through to sale and delivery, ensuring effective communication with internal teams. Creating compelling presentations and detailed reports based on sales data is a key part of your role, alongside overseeing the quality control of regular reporting products. Delivering these presentations confidently to clients across all seniority levels and providing expert training on data tools are vital components of client service excellence.

Revenue Growth and Client Retention

Driving business growth is fundamental. This includes identifying new potential clients, negotiating contracts compliant with company standards, and exploring opportunities to broaden market penetration. Your efforts in client retention and satisfaction will directly contribute to meeting global retention targets and maximizing revenue for your assigned client portfolio. Developing business proposals that adhere to organizational standards will also fall under your remit.
