Our well-established boutique bakery in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Store Manager to lead a small team and oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will supervise a team of 2–3 workers, ensuring smooth daily bakery operations through direct involvement in food preparation and customer service. Responsibilities include managing customer orders using the POS system, monitoring kitchen inventory with an emphasis on expiry dates, and reporting shortages promptly.

In addition to operational duties, the manager will assist in preparing a variety of baked goods and sweets, guiding team members through the complete baking process, including handling professional ovens and mixers. Maintaining high standards in food presentation and portion control to guarantee consistent quality is essential.

Strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols is required to keep kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations clean and compliant with food safety regulations. The manager will also foster effective collaboration within the kitchen team to achieve efficient and seamless operations.
