We are looking to expand our team by hiring skilled individuals for several customer service positions in Riyadh and Jeddah. Available openings include Host/Hostess, Cashier, and Waiter/Waitress roles. This is an exciting opportunity for those with relevant experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations within their specific roles. Hosts and Hostesses will welcome guests and ensure a pleasant experience, Cashiers will manage transactions accurately and efficiently, and Waiters/Waitresses will attend to guests’ dining needs professionally and attentively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi nationals only
• Proven experience in the same role is essential
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent customer service skills
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving and sometimes high-pressure work setting
• Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude
