Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled and motivated restaurant professionals to join a newly launching restaurant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently residing in Saudi Arabia with relevant experience in Kerala or Indian cuisine. Candidates must have prior GCC work experience and hold a transferable Iqama.

Available Positions

• Restaurant Manager (2 openings): Lead operations, manage staff, and oversee overall restaurant performance.
• Restaurant Captain (4 openings): Supervise front-of-house activities ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Waiter/Waitress (5 openings): Deliver excellent hospitality and maintain high customer service standards.
• Nikkala Master (3 openings): Specialist skilled in preparing Nikkala and authentic Kerala cuisine.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the GCC hospitality sector.
• Strong expertise in Kerala or Indian cuisine preparation.
• Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Current residence within Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
