Job Overview

We are seeking a welcoming and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through efficient service and a friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain dishes clearly while offering recommendations tailored to guest preferences. They will take accurate orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely and high-quality service.

Candidates will be responsible for serving food and beverages with care to maintain presentation and service standards. Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal and responding promptly to any questions or concerns is essential.

Additional duties include setting and clearing tables efficiently, keeping the dining and service areas clean and organized, and restocking items as needed. Collaborative teamwork with kitchen staff and colleagues is crucial to ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.

Promoting menu specials and upselling items to maximize revenue is also part of the role. Accurate handling of guest bills and payments, adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting with opening and closing procedures are required responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent diploma education is mandatory.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or customer service roles.
• Fluent English communication skills are necessary.
• Professional appearance combined with a positive and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of menu items and restaurant service protocols.
• Competence in handling guest requests and resolving issues diplomatically.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
