Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced waiters to join our restaurant team located on Dawudi Street, Al Hamra, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least one year of restaurant experience in Saudi Arabia who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The waiter will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests throughout their dining experience. Duties include greeting and seating customers warmly, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of meals. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and tables is essential. The role also involves handling customer requests and resolving complaints politely, supporting the cashier and fellow team members when necessary, and consistently upholding high standards of customer care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant experience within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong customer focus.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Possession of a valid Baladiya Card.

Work Conditions and Benefits

The position requires a commitment to 12 to 13-hour shifts. We offer a competitive monthly salary of 1500 SAR, in addition to accommodation and food provisions. Medical insurance coverage and annual leave entitlements are also included as part of the compensation package.
