Job Overview
We are currently looking for a dedicated Male Customer Service and Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a motivated individual ready for immediate employment, with a strong focus on client communication and accurate invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently while managing invoicing operations. Daily tasks include addressing client needs, maintaining clear records, and using Microsoft Excel for invoicing and data management purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent reading and speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer use.
- Educational background: Graduates preferred; however, applicants with highly specialized degrees such as Accountants, Engineers, Doctors, or PhDs are not eligible.
- Must be a male candidate currently unemployed and ready to start immediately.
- Willingness to transfer sponsorship under the Kafala system.
- Commitment to a minimum employment period of two years.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time position requiring availability seven days a week. The working hours are split shifts from Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, totaling 10 hours daily. On Fridays, the shift is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The salary offered is a fixed 2,500 SAR per month, covering all overtime and Friday shifts without additional negotiation.
