Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Quality Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience who hold a bachelor’s degree in Quality or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards in customer service quality and will play an integral role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement projects and take decisive actions to enhance customer experience.
- Implement and maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and COPC CX standards.
- Monitor customer service processes and provide insights for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to lead projects and make informed decisions independently.
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and COPC Customer Experience (CX) standards is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage quality initiatives.
Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. You will work in a dynamic environment that values quality and customer satisfaction, providing opportunities to contribute significantly to organizational success.
