Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revit Draftsman with a solid background in finishing and fit-out projects, located in Riyadh for the Diriyah Project. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of hands-on experience preparing precise architectural shop drawings using Autodesk Revit, ensuring seamless project execution from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing detailed architectural and interior fit-out shop drawings using Revit. Duties include creating ceiling and partition layouts, joinery details, as well as flooring and wall finish plans. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and site teams is essential to produce coordinated construction drawings. This role also involves reviewing Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, generating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) drawings and material take-offs, and preparing accurate as-built drawings upon project handover. Compliance with project specifications and industry standards is mandatory throughout the drafting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in finishing and fit-out projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Experience crafting detailed shop and coordination drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and detailing.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience working on projects within the GCC or Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes is considered an advantage.
