Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer with over five years of experience managing infrastructure and construction projects. This role requires a professional skilled in project planning, design, and comprehensive execution to successfully deliver projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be based in Riyadh and possess a strong technical background alongside effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will take charge of leading and supervising engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects through all phases, from initial concept development to final completion
• Preparing, reviewing, and validating technical drawings, reports, and specifications
• Adhering to all industry codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and maintaining strict quality control measures

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in civil engineering roles within infrastructure or construction sectors
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging confidently with diverse teams and clients
• Native Arabic speaker preferred
• Residency or availability in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
