Job Overview

We are seeking qualified professionals for two key positions on a prestigious development at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. These roles require extensive experience in construction and quality management within large-scale projects, preferably airport-related. Candidates must be Arab nationals currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid transferable Iqamas.

Available Positions

• Construction Manager (CM) – 10 to 12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Quality Manager – 12 to 15 years of experience with a strong background in quality assurance for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Both positions involve overseeing critical aspects of the airport development to ensure project success in a fast-paced environment. The Construction Manager will lead project execution, coordinate teams, and manage timelines, while the Quality Manager will maintain high standards and compliance throughout all stages of construction.

Candidate Requirements

• Arab nationality only.
• Proven expertise in construction and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working on airport projects is mandatory.
• Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and demanding project environment.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
