Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally holding a BE, B.Tech, or BS degree, or a Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates must currently hold a transferable Iqama and be based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP coordination and interior finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee civil renovation and fit-out projects, including interior finishing works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceilings, painting, and joinery. You will manage day-to-day site activities by planning schedules, allocating manpower and equipment, and supervising subcontractors. Accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle is essential.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD software
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with quality audits, procurement processes, and root cause analysis
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as the Saudi Building Code, ASTM, BS EN, ISO 9001:2015, ACI, and AASHTO

Soft Skills

• Excellent technical report writing and presentation abilities
• Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members
• Leadership in project coordination and team management
• Time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities

Additional Qualifications and Benefits

Competence in construction management, risk assessment, cost estimation, and contract administration is highly valued. Knowledge of HSE compliance, client relations, and fundamental management skills will be advantageous. Experience with water resources and irrigation systems will also be considered a plus.
