Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Civil Site Supervisor to oversee tower erection works for a long-term Nokia project across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in civil construction related to telecom towers and a strong focus on safety, quality, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and executing technical drawings to guide site operations. Leading and supervising civil construction teams on Nokia telecom tower sites, the supervisor ensures that all work complies with approved designs, project timelines, and quality standards. This includes managing excavation, steel reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation construction specific to telecom towers.

Other duties involve overseeing carpentry activities such as shuttering and formwork, coordinating daily site resources including manpower and equipment, and ensuring full adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor on Nokia projects
• Strong technical knowledge of telecom tower civil works and ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to efficiently manage site teams
• Thorough understanding of Nokia’s safety standards and quality expectations
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate on site
