Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor Building II to join a prestigious Building and Commercial Residential Project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dedicated engineering professional with more than 10 years of proven experience in managing construction activities within building and commercial residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor Building II will be responsible for overseeing construction processes, ensuring project specifications and timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, monitoring site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience specifically in building and commercial residential projects. An engineering degree is mandatory, and expertise in supervising large-scale construction environments is essential. Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and standards is highly beneficial.

Candidate Requirements
