We are an engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team for the prestigious NEOM Project. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction management and proven expertise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project schedules and budgets. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience, preferably in large-scale or high-profile projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama status is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
