Job Overview

General Solutions Contracting Company Saudia is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor specializing in steel structure fabrication and erection. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is exclusively open to Egyptian nationals. The supervisor will oversee metal fabrication, steel structure assembly, and the installation of fabricated components directly on site.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising steel fabrication and erection activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinating effectively between the site and workshop teams to maintain timely progress.
• Ensuring all work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Managing site manpower, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity.
• Monitoring daily work progress and production rates on the site.
• Strictly enforcing safety regulations and adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Maintaining detailed daily reports and records reflecting site activities and project advancement.
• Liaising regularly with engineers, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate project coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical certification relevant to steel structure work.
• Proven experience in supervising steel fabrication and erection within construction projects.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, fabrication details, and site installation procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and site operations.
• High awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining discipline on site.
• Valid driving license and required legal documents for employment in Saudi Arabia.
