Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil and MEP works to join a major airport project in Riyadh. This role requires candidates who have a solid track record in quantity surveying within civil infrastructure projects, including pavements and earthworks. Structural experience is not necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of quantities on-site and coordinating with project teams to support civil and MEP construction activities. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in related surveying tasks and contribute to cost control and project efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil and MEP fields.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices applicable to civil infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with pavement, infrastructure, and earthworks measurement.
• Ability to work effectively within project teams and maintain accurate documentation.

Additional Position: CAD Operator

Alongside the Quantity Surveyor role, there is a requirement for a CAD Operator skilled in Civil 3D with 5 to 10 years of experience. This operator will focus on civil works related to the project.
