Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager specializing in civil engineering projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance and quality control, particularly within Saudi Aramco projects, ensuring all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Quality Management Systems tailored for civil engineering projects. This includes overseeing inspections, audits, and surveillance to guarantee adherence to Saudi Aramco’s rigorous quality standards. The role requires reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and other essential quality documentation. The manager will also liaise effectively with clients and third-party inspectors, manage non-conformance reports, and drive corrective actions to promote continuous quality improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of QA/QC experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Experience approved by Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (PMT) in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and construction standards related to civil engineering.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders including clients and inspection teams.
