Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified QC Civil Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in quality control and inspection of civil construction projects, with experience specifically within the GCC or Saudi market. The position requires candidates who can provide their services under an Ajeer contract.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works meet the approved drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. Regular site inspections and detailed quality control reporting will be essential parts of the role. Additionally, reviewing material submittals, test reports, and inspection records will be necessary to maintain project quality.

Coordination with laboratories and site teams will be critical to oversee testing and inspection activities. Identifying any non-conformities and implementing effective corrective and preventive measures will form a core part of this position. Maintaining thorough quality records while adhering to project and regulatory requirements is also required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control and inspection of civil construction projects in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of civil construction standards, quality control procedures, testing protocols, and inspection requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and other quality-related documents.
• Ability to interpret project specifications, drawings, and compliance with applicable international standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, laboratories, and project teams.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to prepare detailed quality reports.
• Valid transferable Iqama is preferred, though the contract will be based on the Ajeer platform.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must provide an updated CV, educational certificates, experience certificates, copy of a valid Iqama (if applicable), and any relevant professional certifications or approvals. This position is supplier-based and does not support Iqama transfer.
