Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager fluent in Arabic to lead a major civil infrastructure project at Shuqaiq PP, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing all phases of project delivery including channels, dikes, riprap protections, culverts, and related civil works with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from engineering coordination and procurement to construction, testing, and project close-out. You will coordinate closely with design consultants, survey teams, and technical authorities to ensure timely design completion and approvals. Supervision of on-site construction activities is a core duty, ensuring compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, and international codes.

Managing multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, QA/QC inspectors, HSE staff, and subcontractors will be essential. Monitoring project progress against schedules and milestones, implementing corrective actions, and managing resource allocation such as manpower, equipment, and materials are part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams and prepare comprehensive progress and productivity reports.

Quality management will be reinforced through implementing QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans, and handling non-conformance reports (NCRs). The Project Manager must ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and enforce risk mitigation measures. Budget monitoring and control are vital, including evaluating variation orders and managing contractual correspondence. Coordination with authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals is also required to maintain project momentum and timely completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years minimum experience in civil infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
• Proven expertise in flood protection systems, drainage networks, channels, culverts, earthworks, and concrete structures preferred.
• Strong proficiency in construction planning and project control software; experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Experience leading large construction teams and managing multiple subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of SEC standards and Saudi infrastructure project requirements is highly desirable.
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills are required or highly preferred.
• Saudi nationality is an advantage.
