Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic MEP Project Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee maintenance projects for high-rise towers in Riyadh. The successful candidate will apply proven project management techniques to ensure effective coverage and maintenance across the entire project. This role requires someone with significant experience within Saudi Arabia and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing maintenance operations for high-rise buildings, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Coordinating with various engineering teams to maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Implementing project management principles to track progress, budget, and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to maintenance works.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience within Saudi Arabia, specifically in maintenance projects for high-rise structures.
• Strong project management capabilities, with certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Transferable Iqama is required for eligibility.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
