Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing a variety of building construction projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. This role requires overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery aligned with time, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all phases of the construction project from mobilization to final handover.
• Coordinate and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within established budgets, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee project scheduling, cost control, and procurement activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Organize regular progress meetings and prepare comprehensive project reports.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in managing building construction projects, focusing on mid to large-scale buildings rather than infrastructure.
• Proficient in project planning software and cost management techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
