Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil QC Inspector with extensive experience to join our team for ongoing construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil quality control and assurance, demonstrating expertise in inspection and testing to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil QC Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough site inspections and verifying that all civil works meet approved drawings and quality standards. You will prepare and review crucial QA/QC documentation, coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site personnel, and manage non-conformance reports while following up to ensure corrective measures are implemented. Maintaining strict adherence to quality control procedures across various project phases is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of solid experience in Civil QA/QC Inspection, preferably within the Gulf region.
• Proven expertise in concrete work, rebar inspection, finishing works, as well as soil and material testing.
• Strong knowledge and practical use of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Inspection Requests (IR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Familiarity with international standards including ASTM, BS, and ACI.
• Experience working on prestigious projects such as Aramco, NEOM, or other large-scale developments is highly advantageous.
• Ability to review construction drawings meticulously and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Effective communication and reporting skills to facilitate smooth collaboration and documentation.

• A valid Iqama; preference given to transferable Iqama holders.
• Educational qualifications related to civil engineering or construction.
