This role demands hands-on management of all operational aspects, from project planning and execution to budgeting and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will also leverage marketing expertise to drive business growth, including market analysis, brand positioning, and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the civil engineering projects while integrating marketing efforts to enhance the company’s market presence. Key duties include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee projects meet deadlines and quality standards
• Manage civil engineering activities encompassing design coordination through project execution
• Develop and implement marketing plans including research, brand cultivation, and expanding the client base
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within civil construction projects
• Strong marketing knowledge with abilities in market research, brand management, and business development
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
• Sound financial acumen for managing project budgets and resources
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
• Possession of a valid driving license
