Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Civil and Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings and documentation to support ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and modifying 2D AutoCAD drawings such as shop drawings, layout plans, and as-built documentation. Candidates will develop detailed shop and sectional drawings, as well as isometric views based on issued for construction (IFC) drawings and project specifications. They will also be responsible for creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in line with IFC drawings. Communication and coordination with engineers, architects, and site teams are essential to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of shop drawings. Additionally, revisions will be made in response to consultant or client feedback and site conditions. Maintaining proper registers and managing drawing revisions is critical to smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a solid understanding of construction drawings and technical details. Effective time management and strong attention to detail are necessary, along with the ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
