Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering or quantity surveying, paired with hands-on experience in managing costs and contracts for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and accurate cost estimates for projects
• Verify on-site measurements and manage progress billing processes
• Monitor project costs closely and control variations to maintain budgets
• Handle variation claims and coordinate payments with subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and assist in site coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and billing procedures
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with material take-offs and variation claims management
• Familiarity with project contracts and site coordination requirements
