Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and surveying, with significant experience in the GCC region, particularly in earthworks and civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise land surveys utilizing Total Station, GPS (GNSS), and Auto Level equipment.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, as-built drawings, and quantity calculations related to excavation and backfilling.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software proficiently for quantity estimation and drawing preparation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to support project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and maintain site safety standards at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the GCC construction or civil engineering sector.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS (GNSS), and Auto Level instruments.
• Ability to accurately calculate excavation and backfilling quantities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Sound knowledge of earthworks and civil construction methodologies.
• Capable of interpreting complex engineering plans and drawings.
• Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and site safety regulations.
